The haptic buttons on the new Model S is by far one of the worse design implementations Tesla has done so far. I can deal with the yoke but the touch/haptic buttons are a horrible idea.
I love the look of the yoke, it fits the CT design language perfectly, but the functionality of a yoke without steer-by-wire in a truck is a no-go, especially when it’s supposed to be aimed at those needing a utility/work/adventure vehicle.

Exactly this! Not only that but imagine you stop at a supercharger station and there’s only about 2 stalls left, you go through all the trouble of unhitching your trailer/tow so that you can backup into a supercharger only for those two stalls to get occupied in the time it took you to unhitch...
