Im picking up my Beast in 2 days. My Order agreement has always had (and still does) the included lifetime premium connectivity, but the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement has never shown it. Not sure why but not worried, it’s included…
makes sense. I think the real answer is build date sticker, I’m will probably look at that first when I go to pick my beast up. I live in so cal but am in DC for business. Tesla called me on my flight TO DC yesterday to tell me I could come pick it up  I am scheduled now to go get...
I got my Beast VIN last week and got the call to pick it up today. My VIN is in the 340's. I will post what the manufacture date is once i have it, but I am thinking they skipped vins for the beasts OR they made some and didn't ship as they were waiting for something drive unit related
I asked when i was there yesterday if they had delivered any Beasts, but they said they hadn't yet. So maybe they are starting to build them at production rates now.
it was weird… I check my app daily and it had a vin and a message about needing to update my order, I clicked on it and read something about cameras and safety, etc, and said accept. Then it took me to add my insurance info and then to make a payment. I thought I would have received an email...
Reserved during reveal - ordered 12/8/2023 and paid $250 - VIN assigned 3/13/2024. App asked for insurance and payment which i provided. Had to review some stuff about autopilot and cameras. I am awaiting a delivery date now. The VIN is (7G2CEHEE0RA0003xx) mid 300's.
I can say i have been...
I have a low reservation number (RN1127483xx) and ordered/confirmed the CyberBeast 12/8 at 7:42pm pacific. I have not heard anything since.... 2 months and nothing, though it did say "early 2024" delivery - what does early 2024 mean? January - April/May? after May would be mid 2024, but who...
RN1127483xx. Reserved during the event for the tri motor.
Got config/order invite on 12/8 and paid the deposit immediately for the tri motor and it said early 2024.
and I’m waiting…. Tri motor will be worth it
Doesn't seem like a big issue to me. I know they had some issues with them coming off and my guess is that they are having to redesign and make or modify the injection molds which takes time. Seems to make sense to keep making the truck and get them delivered and put the covers on later...
Considering keys are brass and much softer than stainless steel, keying won’t be an issue. A screwdriver would scratch it but I’m sure that it could be sanded out.
