  16. Can I cancel and refuse on delivery day?

    Does the payment of the truck and all that come before seeing it in person or after? I want to know if I see the truck in person and it has a bunch of misaligned panels and door creaks that I can just back out and take my $250 loss and refuse delivery up until the very last minute.
