  1. Tesla's Cybertruck VIN Activation Tracker (NOT Customer VIN Allocations)

2 Cyberbeast vins being registered is the best news of the day. There’s hope!
  2. Powershare Home Backup Denial

I’m actually very excited about this. I just got this email too. Free super charging for a year while I wait for the range extender puts my range anxiety at ease. Also I live in an apartment so I didn’t want to install PowerShare anyways. Edit: someone on FB posted they only got 6 months of...
  3. Tires: All-new Toyo Open Country A/T III EV targeting Cybertruck (and other EV pickups)

Of course subjective. I’ve tried a lot of tires on my Jeep wrangler and Chevy Colorado and have always gone back to the KO2. They have always been a popular choice and some even consider them the king of A/T tires. I’m very curious to see more BEV tire options and see if they really make a...
  4. Foundation Series Cybertruck Invites still going out?

There is absolutely no way it's 1000 only. Data suggests that was and still is the plan. TBD if it changes though.
  5. Truck Camper For a Cybertruck

I see weight and aero being the biggest factors here. Assuming a camper is a premium accessory, the likelihood that same customer base would also purchase the range extender is high. So now gotta design with about 1900lbs of payload. That doesn’t take into account cargo, spare tire, metal...
  6. AWD vs TRI-MOTOR Longevity | Solid-State Battery Upgrade

I’m getting the beast as it will be my only vehicle and payload will be maxed with overlanding stuff. The dual would easily do this but I wanted to go fast and torque vectoring is nice on road.
  7. Unplugged Performance's Cybertruck aftermarket parts / accessories presentation

Well this is an interesting thread already. Just wanted to share I have placed my deposit for an unplugged performance cybertruck build. I’m building an overlanding vehicle suited for my needs. Front bumper without the optional bull bar keeps aero in the front and adds integrated fog lights...
  8. Solar Charging Cybertruck while traveling

If we’re traveling just on solar, we can go 300 miles down the road, camp for two months, then go another 300 miles lol I’m mostly gonna be using the panels for charging small electronics while camping but don’t expect to be charging the main battery at all.
  9. Solar Charging Cybertruck while traveling

    I did this quick math. I’m sure there are errors but good starting point. 100W solar panel produces 300-600Wh per day 300-600Wh x (4) = 1.2kWh - 2.4kWh per day Cybertruck battery is 123kWh , usable 110kWh 123kWh / 2kWh = 61.5 days to full charge Extender battery is 50kWh, usable 150kWh...
  10. Spare tire questions

I am in NorCal. Was thinking something like $1000 each (wheel, tire, cover) or $3600 for all 4.
  11. Spare tire questions

I will have 4 spare wheels for you if you need :)
  12. Will the Cyberbeast be better for towing?

Yes not to be taken literally…but this is the internet so not surprised. And you are right about load range D tires, which is why tires and wheels will be one of many upgrades on the list for my specific use case
  13. Will the Cyberbeast be better for towing?

There is good evidence to believe the payload capacity is actually higher than rated but because of EV tax credits Tesla makes on class 2b trucks, these stats were sandbagged. I got the beast and my payload will be over 2k with camper, extender, dirt bike on hitch, etc. Even at the delivery...
  14. Reservation numbers and reality

The RN numbers are for every Tesla sold/ordered it’s not every cybertruck order. You’ll be able to order by 2025 at the latest I think.
  15. Cybertruck V2H (Vehicle to Home) Survey - “Install Powershare Home Backup” w/ $4000 install allowance for Cyberbeast Foundation (no credit for AWD)

I just got this too. Hoping it’s a credit that can be applied to my account for future installation? I live in an apartment so not feasible at my “current” home.
  16. Wait hear me out haha… How about monetizing my social media to pay for the Cybertruck Foundation Series?

Just wanted to chime in and say I’m doing this too! My LLC was just approved by the state of California yesterday. My background is social media marketing in tech and plan to showcase electric lifestyle and hybrid work. Would be cool to collaborate when both our channels are up and running. I...
