Where are you getting your truck serviced at? My experience has been pretty positive at Naperville SC. Had my PCS fixed in a week, anytime I've had an issue they handle it well and made me a pretty happy camper. I don't know if you follow other car brands and the problems they're having...

I think much of that hate stems from the cracking of windshields and roofs early on .. And to be honest who knows why that was happening in the first place, perhaps the tint never had anything to do with it..
