You do not know that tinting does not help- you are guessing. I am speaking from experience. The tinting helped - no question in my mind. You were not there, so feel free to guess, but that is all it is.

That happens as you say, but the tinting had an immediate effect, which is not consistent With slowing outgassing.

Get your windshield tinted, as you will not be struggling to clean the inside of your windshield nearly as often. I was cleaning my windshield at least once a week before tinting. Now every few months.

I would grab the cabin air filter if it did not get ruined. Will save you some bucks when you replace it.

I agree that it is a bit risky- I have had that happen and it was very expensive to fix. I am going to wait until something breaks.
