Not a bug, it’s always been like this, with all Teslas.
The toy box only works while parked. Once you start driving it goes back to the regular horn. Probably due to government regulations. Think about it, if you set it to fart and you need your horn to prevent an accident and instead all you...
I wouldn’t be paying and telling them they need to remove the wrap. If you paid by check, cancel it. If you paid by card call your card company and charge it back.
I’d also make them remove the crap they installed, for free and if they refuse then take them to court.
I actually agree! I love my truck, and I have two other Teslas; however, after dealing with the service manager in Jacksonville I can’t say for certain I’ll be staying a Tesla customer when it comes time for trade-ins.
Don't waste your time driving to Jacksonville; it's a nightmare. Jacksonville used to be like your Pensacola, but they recently opened up this new SC, which looks better aesthetically, but their service went downhill. When I got my Model 3 in 2022, they were great. I had two services at the old...
Jacksonville is the worst. I won't go back there for service or for a new vehicle. I will drive the 2 hours and go to Orlando. The service manager needs to be fired.
I don't think they are mailing them. I refuse to use my local service center because the service manager is a complete a**, and I was ready to strangle him the last time I was there. So, instead I'll drive two hours from Jacksonville to Orlando.
Regardless, I sent a message in after I received...
You're lucky. USAA has gone to sh*t in FL. They are higher than every other carrier for auto and home. I have a clean driving record, and they are about 40% higher than everyone else. I know this has happened to several other people in FL; I thought it was national until now. I guess it's cause...
Just my two cents: I've noticed Dylink mentioned here a few times and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend their product. I'm unsure if I received a defective unit, but it's been a major hassle.
After navigating to their URL in the Tesla browser (where it runs), you...
Mine die this to me on Saturday when we went to see Twister in 4DX. I guess after 10 or 15 minutes I received an alert that my doors were unlocked for an extended period of time. I was taken back because obviously I had my phone on me, and there’s no other phones linked to the truck.
I didn’t...
As of now, you have to call customer service, who will verify your account and send you an email to which you must reply with a copy of your license and your new email address.
I didn't go deep enough into their phone system yesterday, but I was finally able to contact customer support this morning.
They will send you a confirmation code in the app, then an email requesting a copy of your license, and request the current and new email addresses. Apparently, after...
From what I can find online, Tesla has blocked people with CT reservations from changing their email addresses. I've had my CT for just under two months, so I'm not sure if it should have been released or not. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to change their email address...
I don't understand why CT doesn't come with HomeLink or allow us to add it. For the price tag, it should be included like it was on the 24 Model X. At the very least, give us the ability to add it, like I did with my 22 Model 3.
I'm glad you shared this because I considered upgrading the garage...
I ended up getting mine wrapped and tinted. Next up, I'm adding some running boards this weekend. I keep going back and forth on waiting for the new wheel covers or doing something aftermarket with them.
