Fact.
More fluid seems to come out near the top above the passenger side of the windshield area, and the spray seems to just pool at the bottom of the wiper on the upswing. It doesn't spray well up towards the middle, so it never cleans that area to the passenger side.
Does anyone make a rear screen cover for the Cybertruck? I've not found one, but perhaps I'm not looking in the right place. I have a dog mat in the back, but one has a tendency to stand on the screen. So rather than a screen protector, I was thinking to just cover it entirely when transporting...
I got a new set of OEM Core ATR wheels and tires to go with the ATS set currently installed. I'll install the Core wheels when the weather gets closer to being wintery.
Finally got a VIN, and a delivery date scheduled.

I'm a "somewhat" early RN holder (2/1/20). RN1132*.
Had some urgent repairs I had to do at the house, such as dealing with water getting into my garage, and fixing 3 cracked roof rafters. Finally ordered 11/1. No vin. Asked my adviser, and she literally said "keeping an eye out for a vin in the...
Tesla brings views no matter which side of the fence you are on. I'm sure he makes a decent amount of coin with the anti-Tesla banter. But that also means he has to feature the product in order to downplay the product.
I am curious of the same thing. I've heard people configure and put on hold. I've heard others ignore the email. Not sure which reserves our place in line.
I received my invite as well, and from what I see on X, a lot did yesterday. In my case, I ordered a Model Y, and 3 hours later got the invite. RN1132. I've got some decisions to make. $20k extra and no tax credit is leaning me towards waiting for the Non-FS AWD.
This is an interesting topic. In Rhode Island, it has to be in the lower right corner so "as not to obstruct the operator's vision". Putting the sticker there in the Cybertruck would literally be in view all the time given the windshield angle. I think Massachusetts has the same sticker...
It was under the profile / shareholder section on the Tesla website. But that option ended recently. I didn't qualify for that as I didn't have 500 shares as of Feb 29th this year.
I'm also a RN1132. I keep hearing they were running about 10,000 invites per week. At that rate, I'm calculating roughly Oct 2024 before an invite. If they increase that to 20,000 a week, they its more like July 2024. I don't think they are doing a set # of invites per week. It probably depends...
For me, I put off replacing my crappy Jeep. I considered a Model Y, but put that off as I thought I was going to be seeing a delivery maybe at the end of this year, perhaps early 2025. Now, I think I won't see anything until late 2025, early 2026 at this rate. Not sure I'd get the ROI on a Model...
I ordered on 2/1/2020. The Cybertruck was priced, with FSD, $4k less than the Model Y at that time. Now that the pricing is much higher, I'm willing to wait for my measly non-foundation series dual motor. But those than can afford it and meet the new criteria, will move up the line. Now I wonder...
