Roof Rack, Tent, Awning, and Wind Fairing setup on my Cybertruck

I didn't test it without the Victory 4x4 fairing and the tent moved back. I only tested it with the two setups pictured below. I believe that most of the wind noise was happening from wind going under the RTT: The Victory 4x4 wind/tent fairing + the Mars Wind Deflector was the magic bullet...

Roof Rack, Tent, Awning, and Wind Fairing setup on my Cybertruck

Not much of a change in efficiency. 🤗 I don't have any specific scientific numbers, but I'm guessing a loss of ~40 Wh/mi. mostly due to the weight (e.g., an additional 180 lbs total for rack, wind deflectors, awning, and tent). The RTT I chose is the Inspired Overland Carbonlite. I'm 6'1" and I...

What is the best/affordable lightbar that works with the Tesla UI for the lightbar?

Some lightbars only turn on/off using the "Power Feed (Roof)" toggle under "Outlets & Mods", but I'm looking for a lightbar that integrates with the actual lightbar feature within the touchscreen like the OEM Tesla lightbar. I'm curious... has anyone installed a lightbar that integrates with...

    Restrict Location Visibility

I didn't know this was an option either. Just found it: 1. Open the app on your phone 2. Tap: Security & Drivers 3. Tap: Manage Drivers 4. Tap: Name of driver 5. Toggle on: "Restrict Location Visibility"

Review - Michelin Defender LTX Platinum Tires - Cyberbeast

Later that same season on the same property, I was driving the south fence line when I saw a buck about 200 yards down the line. I put the truck in park, opened my door, grabbed the 270 from the bed, used the side mirror as a rest, and made a nice heart shot. He was staring at the truck...

Review - Michelin Defender LTX Platinum Tires - Cyberbeast

I agree... although I did quite a bit of off-roading in my Pirelli's while hunting on 500 acres in West Texas and didn't have a problem at all.

Review - Michelin Defender LTX Platinum Tires - Cyberbeast

I believe the OEM All Terrain have slightly better range than the platinums… but if you go that route, you will lose significant dollars due to their lower lifespan.

Review - Michelin Defender LTX Platinum Tires - Cyberbeast

I just bit the bullet and had these installed by Discount Tire in Boerne, TX for $2,401.71 with their lifetime warranty and rotation/balance after 13 months of Cybertruck ownership. Replaced the stock Pirelli all season tires at 22,700 mi. which had a tread depth of 5/4/4/3. First impressions...

9,000 km Family Road Trip from Toronto to Banff and back in the Cybertruck | FSD, Camping & Mountain Adventures

I didn't go with the Cybertent for the reason that it is so much work not only to set up and to put away. It's also a lot cheaper and lot less work to initially get installed. (Installing the rack + roof top tent was a lot of work to get installed just right). But, I also installed a 270º...

9,000 km Family Road Trip from Toronto to Banff and back in the Cybertruck | FSD, Camping & Mountain Adventures

Awesome! 👏 I'm taking my 12-year-old son on a 9 day trip from San Antonio to the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon starting October 10th, camping nearly every night in a Roof Top Tent. I have the charging stops planned out with 3 nights gaining a...
