I reworked the drawing to make the pop top as wide (82") as the Cybertruck itself. With just a little increase in aerodynamic drag the unit can feature a king size bed.
Brilliant! I want the first one. Any manufacturing plans? I'd like to see the top shell made of aluminum and the windows on the tent be HUGE. I would like to see it manufactured by Colorado Camper Van. They are the best. I have a CCV pop top on my Promaster van. The key to lowering the top and...
I like it very much. The important innovation is the aerodynamic skirt/fairing between the CT and trailer. A fifth wheel hitch can support much more weight but the bumper hitch may be sufficient and would have the aded advantage of usable space in the bed that can be accessed from the cab (if...
This camper shell assumes the rear roof glass can be removed along with the mid gate. It's finest feature is a 13 foot long full height walkway (6' 4"). Probably about 8'6" tall overall. Guessing a 20% reduction in range due to aerodynamic drag at freeway speed.
Drawings drawings drawings....
1. As aerodynamic as possible.
2. Stand up height (6' 4") behind the bed.
3. Uses the maximum legal length behind the bumper of 48".
