Ordered 12/9, in Southern California. Still waiting. Was hoping to hear some vin assignments after 25 got activated. Now that the tracker site is down we don’t know but hopefully more and more are being activated and we’re not too far off from being assigned.

Do you mean beast? Pretty much everyone who has a CT has a AWD. Only a few beasts out there right now.

With VIN activations being over 1000, is it now *confirmed* that foundation series is above 1000 units? Or could they have started some non-FS CTs? Would’ve been cool to be one of 1000, but I guess I’ll just be one of hopefully not too much more than 1000…

Relax, you’ll get your CT one day. You’re also complaining to people who literally can’t do anything to help you, and if you complain to Tesla I can almost guarantee that won’t really help you either. All you can do is be patient.

I’d take my CT either way, but I like CT because it’s the latest and greatest. Would be a miss not to get that extra 30 miles, effectively almost 10% of the current range.

Is there a way to check which type of battery you got? Does it indicate on the VIN, or since they’re all 4680 it doesn’t change anything?

I’m a non Tesla employee, my beast said “early 2024” when I placed my order 12/9/23. I believe AWD said “December 2023 to Jan 2024” at the time I ordered. I saw a couple on the road in Irvine today (probably these two), felt like a little kid seeing these CTs in the wild. Getting very impatient...
