  1. Tinting Front Windshield Not Possible Because Glass Too Large?

Yes it’s doable but not for the inexperienced installer. I got mine done with 60% 3M Crystalline. Also as others have mentioned it’s not cheap.
  2. USB drive recommendation for Sentry Mode?

Correction. The only USB port that the truck uses for Sentry/Dashcam recordings is in the glovebox. That is USB-A based and not USB-C like all the other ports on the truck. The truck should come with a 128G thumb drive already plugged in. If it’s not working, just format it through the Safety menu.
  3. Great information about PowerShare installation companies, pricing & configurations

Hopefully your 14-50 conduit has enough room for a comm wire because the UWC needs that in order to talk to the Gateway. That’s the difference between the regular WC and the UWC and how they get PowerShare to work.
  4. Audio front and back screens

I don’t believe there is an option to split sound outputs. What I know is you can have the entire system playing YouTube sound for example, or shift to the back speakers only muting the fronts.
  5. Is it possible to say "NO" to pedal rivet while SC working on other issues?

Just dropped my truck off today for some repairs and unfortunately I’m in the same boat. They are forced to inspect and rivet it. :cautious:
  6. Weird fan motor noise when they changing direction of A/C fan vent

Sounds like something is starting to come loose. Time to schedule that service appointment. :) Mine doesn’t do that.
  7. So I broke my trucky -- bent rear quarter body panel

Yeah you’re better off shelling out pocket buying a new panel instead trying to PDR it back. Guarantee they’re not going to get it to look remotely close to being like original again.
  8. Powershare is Activated / Enabled

Mine took about a week after install and permit approval for the feature to activate. You will know when it’s active when you see a PowerShare tutorial upon logging into the app.
  9. Cybertruck Vault Cargo Divider back in stock

It’s available on the site. I don’t think he is selling it. ?
  10. 2024.14.11 Update

Just popped up for me as well. Let’s hope it enables PowerShare for me. ??
  11. Cybertruck in STEK Dynoblack Gloss PPF + bumpers and fender flares in carbon fiber wrap

A lot of shops refuse to wrap the trims/bumpers due to adhesion issues with the original textured plastic. I’m assuming they had to sand/primer the plastic before they wrapped?
  12. New Update 2024.14.7

Just saw this update when I got home today.
  13. Best brand names to build 14-50 outlet.

Agree with Pops on this one. I did some research myself and Hubbell 9450A is what you want to go with. I recently installed it using 6 gauge wiring going to a 50A breaker. Of course this is if you are going NEMA 14-50 instead of Wall Connector or Universal Wall Connector.
  14. Inquiry: Front Passenger Side Lower Pillar Trim - Pointy Indentation?

Hey guys, I was wondering for those of you that have received your CyberTrucks, if you can check something. Does your front passenger side lower pillar trim have this pointy indentation as shown on the picture? It’s the piece that connects to the CyberTruck door sill. I’m working with SC to get...
  15. My Cybertruck only charges 27 miles an hour.

My quote from Smart Charge America states that I should be expecting a charging rate of 27 miles per hour using the Universal Wall Connector. Looks to be as expected.
  16. Does anyone else have this sound?

Sounds like you will need to put in for a SC visit. That’s definitely not normal. Sounds like something is rubbing where it shouldn’t be…
  17. Ineligible/Deferred Powershare

The credit automatically shows up under “Specs and Warranty” on your app about 2 weeks after delivery.
  18. New TSB Service Bulletin - Frunk Seal (Retrofit Frunk Aero Seal)

My frunk looks like the one in your picture. No rubber seals just plastic trims.
  19. New TSB Service Bulletin - Frunk Seal (Retrofit Frunk Aero Seal)

For those of you that are wondering if this TSB applies to you, I believe it’s this seal between your headlights and the plastic drunk assembly. If you see a rubber seal wedged between your headlights and the plastic frunk assembly, you are good.
  20. Selling Cybertruck - approval from Tesla required?

I agree with you on this. I’ve been trying to dispute the PowerShare decision but no there knows how to get to that team. Thinking about taking legal action for bait and switch as well since my purchase was influenced by the PowerShare package…
