500+ mile tow. Half was just the empty trailer going to get the car. Then coming back close to 7500 lbs on the way back. Average 700 watts. Going about 60-65 mph. I got so many looks and even a few thumbs up from other Tesla drivers.

I have had NO issues with them. I even got a bad charger, sent them an email they called me a few days later and shipped me a replacement. I would order from them again without hesitation. Sorry you had a bad experience. I agree with others it’s got to be a one off.
