Nice math but not true. It is 100 times per full cycle charges. The 20% to 80% is only 60% of a full recycle charge so the math cancels out but you don't get the degradation that tmeyer3 explained above. Typed too slow David beat me to it.

Yes you have to provide them with your current policy, you can add the vehicle to the policy later. At least that how it works here. I just did a model Y that way.

Maybe it's different in NJ but here you have a month to add a new vehicle to your policy. I'm assuming of course that you have another vehicle on an existing policy.
