i just want Boomerang Fu back. i had 4 xbox controllers working with it in my ct and now they pulled it cause of the 1 year license expired :(. the new spacex simulator is garbage.
My OEM blade squeals like a dying rat. It's my second one. The rubber just doesn't last very long. That and you know fsd loves to turn on auto wipers which clean the windshield 4x as often as it needs to.
I emailed them. Their response was super lame.
"Hello,
Thank you for your interest in Kimblade.
At the moment, we do not have plans to develop silicone wiper blades for the Cybertruck.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you,
Ellie from The Kimblade Team"
The OEM rubber on the wiper blade kinda sucks. Did some research and it appears that silicon wipe blades are the bomb, and they last a lot longer, but I can't find any 48" "rubbers". Does anyone make such a thing? Maybe an idea for one of the aftermarket folks.
My first snow rescue with the truck. F150 tried to pull him out but got stuck. Was hoping to save the f150 as well, but to avoid the shame he dug himself out before I could pull his ass out too
About $1k. It's a lot of work, and they have to drill through the steel. If I was to do it again I would save some money and have them install the side squirters at the same time, but they didn't make the kit when I had it done. Maybe $1.5k for all ?
I'm pretty handy but chose to get a shop to do it. I love it. It's the one from clearvu. I just got the side squirters installed last week too, along with an extension cord to the frunk.
On Friday, I had the truck in fsd and was pulling into a supercharger. I heard rumors that it would find an empty spot automatically and that's what it seemed like it was doing so I let it keep going. It rammed the front into a grey post! I slammed the brake so the damage wasn't huge but it...
i ended up buying the spigen one, and i am very happy with it! it is deeper, very sturdy and functional
i'm sure the yeslak one is probably pretty good too
thanks!
