Not really a lemon issue. They haven't actually fixed a thing yet. The service center is just... bad.
That said, I love the truck too much to do anything like that. I'll just try to use a different service center in the future should anything else arise.
That's a beautiful truck!
I may try that trick if we have future problems (before our local service center opens up). Will request the Tampa or Orlando service centers over the Jacksonville one. Can't really be worse down there!
They have provided no other information which is probably the most frustrating part of all this. A service center so overwhelmed they are struggling to communicate and keep up with their repair schedules.
Having driven many vehicles over my life, some of which definitely had imbalanced wheels...
I wanted to wait until the truck repair was complete, but am feeling a bit frustrated and needed to vent a little. Some background. We were in the first group to drive the Cybertruck off the Service Center lot out of Jacksonville, FL early this year. Upon our drive home, we noticed some minor...
Mine was also minor at 50mph, went away by 60, then came back at 70, and was REALLY bad at 80mph. To the point where I didn't feel safe going that speed or faster. We took the service center tech out for a drive as they aren't allowed to take it above the speed limit, and he for sure agreed...
Same here. I dropped my truck off yesterday to fix the suspension alert that was repeatedly popping up, and hopefully balance the tires which were off balance since day one, and maybe replace the glove box since it rattles/squeaks like a 1980's sun baked dashboard, lol. But I did ask yesterday...
