A guy told my dad that where he works (Seguin, tx) is building molds or inserts for the cybertruck. And they started 2 months ago. I didnāt believe it. But now⦠guess he wasnāt lying by the way the bed looks. Idk company is called Teijin
I bet you dont regret it! I have a long range model y seven seater and Iāve beaten Mustangs 5.0/ Dodge Srts off the stop lights ? (Camaros never want to do it) and it went toe to toe against a Mercedes AMG but they walked me eventually. Still 100k vs 54k (at the time)
But hell yeah Teslas...
I bought my model y early 2021. Paid 54k- same set up now cost 59k. I bummed because it was valued at 70k yesterday but nothing i can do about it lol. Still going to trade it in for the Cybertruck
I hear the best part is no part.
sooooo. I hear you about modes. But the more āmodesā one has. The more problems can end up happening. - suspension changes-ride height-abs re adjusting- etc.
letās just get the truck outfirst And feel it out and go from there ?
Alright. I was getting half my roof done and the guys redoing it needed a drip rail or something from what I remember. My bed for the tundra was 5.5 feet from what I remember.
I wasnāt necessarily thinking Iām going to get pulled over. But more I donāt want thisthin metal to bend so badly...
What up!
previous tundra crew max owner here.
Owner of a model Y now.
If my item was too long I would definitely drop the rear window and slide it in.
Why?
Because after roughly a certain amount of inches the item you (have to get and get going) got. You can get pulled over and get. Hefty hefty...
Iāve owned my model Y since the beginning of 2021ā¦. ? the only thing thatās ever happened was my battery range dropping from 313-to-278 for a FULL charge. A code was sent to me to schedule a service. So once I pulled open the app- sent it in- in about 5 minutes they told me my MAIN BATTERY...
Iāve been trying to figure out the same thing. No one has an idea other than it cost more. So my guess isā¦. With in striking distance of the ford lightning and their models.
cyber truck unveil cheapest price was 39k
Ford lightning cheapest price wasā¦. 39k and did sell at that point very briefly...
This is confusing. Unless you are familiar with modern trucks.
Modern trucks have a frame. Then they put the cab (body) on the frame. Bolt on the fenders. And probably slide the engine in to rest/ bolt on the frame. Then put the doors on. Then slap the bumper on. Then the have to put the bed on...
My first worry would be to have tesla let you buy the trucks. Also the bank(s) as I assume youāll have to finance it with 4.75(great credit)-6% Apr weāre all getting now. Curious as to what everyone else will say as they reply.
Yes, I know. I drove to Houston in my model y 7 seater fully in use which says it gets 313 range fully charged. Steady speed of 75-80 mph. Occasional 90 mph. For two hoursish . Arrived 150 miles later to a supercharger with 35 percent bettery left. More actually. But regardless. 35ish percent...
