Nice post Clinton!
This is going to be so much fun! If you want to see what your truck can do, please join us for this amazing weekend!
And at the height of color in Telluride. 🙌
I stacked boards for the ramp, then did the same for the front. I should have stacked two but only did one. I paid for it with a rip in the front splash plate for this trick 🤦♂️
I didn't get enough miles to have a true test. This was a fun thing I did for a local cars and coffee where I wanted to pull up with a car that enthusiasts revere.
I also made coffee in the back of the truck, a true cars and coffee haha
68 was the official count! 202 Teslas total. Thanks to all who participated!
Sorry for not replying here those days, I was a bit busy with the camping and offroad, plus last minute event organizing. But it all turned out great! I'll put up a full post soon!
I love mine! Never used the frunk for much of anything until getting the frunk kit from Our Cyber Weekend.
Clinton builds these things with quality materials and care. Really great, productive product.
It's America's mountain, Pikes Peak, and we're going to make a new record up top for the World's Highest Light show.
The Denver Tesla Club is renting the entire mountain after 5pm on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025. The event is ticketed to cover the mountain costs, so get yours ASAP at...
Pretty much agree with this. I did a lot of offroading last year with the AT's, but I do notice a step up in traction with the DuraTracs. Plus they look beefier and handled better in the snow, so they're staying on full time for me.
I am on my fourth set of wheel fairings. I let nature remove them for me lol.
I will not be replacing the back ones this time as the official Tesla armor deletes them anyway.
No underbody protection, but looking forward to getting the official kit which is supposed to release in the next month!
And yes, I've done Red Cone. Officially the first Cybertruck to conquer Red Cone. I did it last year and have the video here to prove it :)
It did struggle with the...
It's also really cool to move through nature quietly. Even snuck up on a moose once, unfortunately it ran across my view in a way that the dashcam didn't catch it. Was in Rampart.
Lol, most people are actually surprised by how little the truck consumes in battery power during offroading. On a typical 4-6 hour outing, I usually consume around 15-20%. It's really all about speed and drag, so a highway at 80mph is way worse than a steep trail at 10mph
Another weekend, and another great Colorado trail conquered by the Cybertruck! This time it was McAllister Gulch, just up from Red Cliffe, Colorado near Camp Hale.
An summary video of the day is available here:
The trail starts out near Camp Hale, which hosts "Nova Guides" for ATV tours, fly...
