Looks like AZ doesn't automatically send a paper copy of your title, you need to 1) make sure your finance company has released the loan and then 2) get a paper copy from MVD.

Also, 'Other EV' is for people that are driving Non-Tesla cars. If you've got a CC on your Tesla account, literally all you need to do is plug in and you will be fine.
It looks like the FSD 12.5.1.3 is on the 2024.26.10 branch for vehicles other than the CT. Nothing showing up for 12.5.x.x for CT yet.
However, with FSD being on the 2024.26.x.x branch it is _likely_ that FSD for CT will be on that branch or a later one.

I haven't had any issues at all with MyQ and the CyberTruck. I have set to 'auto open' and 'auto close' and it hasn't failed to work - a little over 2 months. I am using the MyQ Smart Garage Control w/ a Chamberlain opener - very strong wifi between my Access Point and Garage.
Yep, I do the 'update' about once a month and it spins at 'you are current'. It really does have to do with features in the release and if they are approved in my area.
