The 24" CYBRHEX will be slightly heavier than the OEM wheel w/ covers. I don't have exact weights available for them right now, but I would imagine about 2-3 lbs heavier. OEM set up is 39.6lbs with the covers. Nitto lists the Ridge Grapplers in the 315/45R24 sizing to be 80.98lbs.

To answer yours and @gillfoto question: The D ring shackle mounts are bolted on to the factory tow hook location AND the front bumper. You can see a little more detail on the install of that here in step 22.
