I'm going to do this. How do you have it wired? Both to the back seat? I'm not using the one in the center console, and my existing magbak goes to one of the rear seat USB-C outlets, but from time to time we do have back seat passengers for roadtrips and I'll set them up with a USB-C cable.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the cases from Bullstrap if you like leather, btw.
I've used both Apple and other 3rd party Magsafe cases with it and have had no issues. But I have heard that some 3rd party case manufacturers make 'weaker' cases.

I also bring my EGO Nexus battery generator - we use that at night just for the LED lights and what-not when we don't need to run anything with heavy load.
I have had zero indication that the glass affects the signal to a degree which is noticeable. My experience with this mount has been absolutely positive.
