That’s the strange thing—when the sun isn’t shining directly into it, the windshield looks crystal clear. Once the sun hits at a particular angle, hazy hazy hazy. I’m hoping the product pkauf01 mentioned will work.

I know it sounds crazy and I’d be happy to be wrong. I’ll clean my windshield and get a shot in the direct sunlight this afternoon. I normally clean with Sprayway glass cleaner first and then go over it again with a clean microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol to get any smudges left...

I’ve cleaned under there but it’s the entire windshield. In certain situations, visibility is cut by half at a minimum.

I drive dusty roads every day so this is my over-elaborate solution. Works pretty well but cracking the tonneau a tad is the key.

Hands down the best thing I have ever owned. As long as you’re somewhat comfortable going against the flow, you won’t regret buying it. There’s nothing like it .

Awesome write-up, OP. I feel the same way about my AWD, which I got last July. It is hands down my most fun and favorite possession.

Tesla SC for $65. They gave me a loaner and I ran some errands. Also, they pulled off the housing around the main camera in the windshield and cleaned the glass really well.

Amen to that. I’m just happy to see a positive write up for this beautiful hunk of driving delight.
