I am also Virginia resident (Prince William county). Just paid my CT (penalty tax). $3,800. They used JD power as a value (145k) which crazy. I wish there is any workaround to it.

You shouldn't have an empty coolant tank. There must be a leak (or not properly filled at the assembly). I would have it check with SS.

Just curious what safety equipment/gadget you guys carry in your CT. I agree some safety equipment is better than nothing.
