I believe you have to be more than 100 miles from a delivery center, to take delivery at home. And, even then, they’d still probably have you pick it up at te closest SC.
Just sad ? I wish I would’ve held off on payment to see if they would be more motivated to actually deliver our Cybertruck’s! What parts? Rivets?
Tesla advisers are becoming more disappointing every year!
I received my VIN on 4/4, my original delivery window was December to March, zero communication from Tesla, except when they can be bothered to respond to a message in the app.
I can agree that VINS are not 100% sequential , however, there is still VIN progression.
If the argument that VIN’s higher than 7,000+ are still in Austin, there are higher VINS at local delivery centers. My point is, VIN’s may not be sequential, but because there’s always a higher VIN...
It’s very interesting that something like 3,877 Cybertruck’s need the pedal repaired. Over eight or nine thousand have been produced. And, I’ve seen some in the 7,000’s being delivered.
Yet, there are some VIN’s in the four and five thousand range (mine is in the 5,000 range, with no delivery...
My VIN was issued April 4th, 5,000 range. Of course Tesla won’t tell me if it’s still in Austin or here in WA. It kind of pisses me off, that’s it’s paid for, and zero communication from Tesla SC.
