Because the windshield comes with the bracket installed doesn't mean there's not a procedure for replacement. I'll point you to the PDF I posted earlier.

Yours was probably just lazy. Mine replaced Front Overhead Console, Sun Visor Track, And Windshield Harness Bracket. There is a procedure in the service manual for replacement and it involves prying off the part that is glued to the windshield and re-gluing the new part.

After getting my Beast back from service, I can say that Beast mode corrects the understeer - it feels "right" in the way that the AWD feels right in all the modes. It's just way more intense and spirited.. A bit less `playful` and a bit more `gnarly` to use technical terms.
