  1. Tragic Cybertruck Accident in SF Bay Area Kills 3, Injures 1

I would disagree with this. Accelerate while FSD is engaged, ignore the warnings about taking over that will inevitably happen, die, all the while thinking the truck will save you from being too stupid.
  2. CT uploading 150 GB Data per day and killing my router between 6-7pm

Oh wow… Nobody would decompress something just to send it elsewhere. You only decompress when ready to use the data. Especially over the internet.
  3. Powershare update from Tesla (10/16/24): activation wait period, Powerwall, solar, backup switch

The Tesla guy did say cat 5/6 will not work. This is very specific. I'm not going to pay a cent to qmerit. They can just f right off. I might give the installer a couple grand off this thing gets working.
  4. Powershare update from Tesla (10/16/24): activation wait period, Powerwall, solar, backup switch

It's not "120 ohm" wire, so Tesla said it may work but may stop at any time. This makes no sense to me. But this electrician did 6 other installs, many in Jackson Wyoming. If those installs stop working, there's going to be some very upset, very rich, people complaining.
  5. Powershare update from Tesla (10/16/24): activation wait period, Powerwall, solar, backup switch

Qmerit SUCKS. My brother is an electrician, has around a dozen guys at his company. Couldn't get more than an intro from Qmerit to get certified, Tesla is giving him the run around as well. So they lined up an electrician another state and 6 hours away (one way) to come install mine. Quote was...
  6. Hack to ride “VERY HIGH” suspension mode at all times?

As a Wyoming native, I'm just going to throw this out there....as we are just like Texas unfortunately... Lifted is dangerous, I've seen MANY lifted trucks flipped or wrecked after emergency actions (deer, ice) and every time, it's a total. Having owned a number of trucks over the years ('06...
  7. NEW Stainless Steel Laser Etched Tesla Cybertruck Rear Bumper & Tailgate Armor Protection Plates - T Sportline

And now we can all see I should not do my own wrap. Maybe offer this as a $10 upcharge!
  8. NEW Stainless Steel Laser Etched Tesla Cybertruck Rear Bumper & Tailgate Armor Protection Plates - T Sportline

Yeah I figured it was kind of unavoidable, and actually it makes it look cool once you realize it's LAZERS! :) I'll send pics once I have tape strips on it. I think it'll look cooler even!
  9. NEW Stainless Steel Laser Etched Tesla Cybertruck Rear Bumper & Tailgate Armor Protection Plates - T Sportline

Got mine, installed. They have burn marks at every point the laser started and stopped. Zero traction as expected, though they do pick up hair real well. I'll put some traction tape on them for winter. I actually do like the design, but struggle to see real value without rolled edges and some...
  10. VIDEO: Cybertruck attention causes pedestrian to be hit by a car!? 😱

Lol, what? I counted 15 and laughed at the gorilla as it walked across. This wasn't a hard test AT ALL. If folks really can't pay attention to their surroundings this well, they simple shouldn't be driving! I actually got out of a ticket once by telling the judge in more detail how an...

  12. Voucher System is BS!

I just want my PowerShare! My brother owns an Electrician shop, can EASILY install this, and I live in the country with no rules to follow! I have a quote pending via Q-Merit from someone an entire STATE away...yeah, that'll be reasonable... They won't call my bro back, and my pushing via...
  13. Unplugged Performance CyberBeast Goes Matte Gold + 18" Wheels (UP-03 Beadlocks) + Geolander 285/75/18 Tires

Five grand for wheels? Have people completely lost their minds, or is this just an assumption that those who can afford a cybertruck don't care about money?!?!
  14. NEW Cybertruck Bed L-Track Molle Shelf Rack Deck Launched by T Sportline - IN STOCK

I don't need "Made in USA" especially for something that only holds 225lb and is just a piece of steel. Chinesium is good enough for that. This should be half the price from China. That, I would buy!
  15. Cybertruck work truck with custom Pipe / Ladder / Lumber Rack putting in real construction & contractor duties

This reminds me of when I first bought my other truck, a '06 Dodge RAM MegaCab 1500 (gas). I put two pallets of 80lb concrete bags in the truck, bed and cab floor. Then towed around 18k of other construction crap with a heavy trailer, about 200 miles. THAT was overloaded :) Now I only tow about...
