some firefighters are just fucking dumb ass "know it alls" and just want to spew shit when they can. this sounds like one of them. what idiot can just pry open the charge port cover??? my 3 year nephew was trying to help my charge mine and about ripped open the cover by hand before i could stop...
nothing can be done, just wait for the next update. i dont like the take offs either. i also dont like how jerky it is while just trying to maintaining speed. i believe i saw some thing on the note of 14.3.3 that they fixed this though.
Oh yeah I was hoping for that upgrade too, but no.. they didn’t have the core wheels in stock but they were just like come back next week and we will have them ready for you… can’t complain too much since I was getting brand new rims…
i got mine replaced under warranty. others have too but others i have seen get denied as well. all you can do is give it a try. i believe someone on this forum mentioned that he was able to polish the scuffs out so that may be an option. if you do get them replaced or polished up, throw the...
Yea I’ll have to find one near me and get a quote. Discount tire is just pretty much every where here. One close to me house and 2 close to my work. I don’t even know where the closest Goodyear store is lol
I get that they have the same tread pattern and i don’t care about the sidewall since I don’t have mantle wheels and covers any way, but I was curious if they are the same spec as the Tesla version. Like the sound quality and rolling efficiency and such?
The picture on discount tire looks different though. But the price is better vs Tesla. Tesla quoted me 2200 installed and that’s with no protection warranty. Discount is 2191 with protection warranty.
If I wanted to buy the good year territory tires, the ones that come on the cyber wheels aka mantle wheels. Are they only sold at Tesla? I saw them on discount tire website but not sure if they are exactly the same ones designed for cybertruck or if they are just regular. Just wanted to shop...
Here are some more pictures of the new tool kit if anyone is interested. It comes with everything except the wheel/tire. the jack is about 10in tall and raises to about 21in high
for those of you interested.. here is a handy calculator that you you can use to determine how much EV charging your panel can handle...

I have my windshield tinted with 70% and I have a 5% eyebrow. The eyebrow is only behind the visor. I didn’t want mine that low. The bottom of that edge would be directly in my line of sight.
There are plenty of houses that can’t run the full 48amps. I was at a family members house and used a 120v plug to charge, painfully slow. So I was looking at the panel thinking I could install a bigger plug there but they have all electric appliances, dryer, stove, AC, and 2 heater. The panel...
Did you buy them from Tesla? If so, how much diss they charge for installation? I can see the tire cost is 500 each but it doesn’t show installation cost.
I got my kit in today. It comes with everything like the full spare kit except just no spare tire. Evo comes with the cover and tie down, and the d rings. I like it just because of the space saved in the vault.
