This may be a really dumb question but the CT is my first EV and I don't want to mess anything up.
One of my tires has a leak. Is it fine to just take it to a place like discount tire to have it patched? I assume so because the rims and tires are the same as any other vehicles, but just wanted...
Could not recommend TintPros enough for the wrap and tint. They've done the most in the cities and the owner drives a cybertruck. He has a carbon fiber ppf wrap on it and it looks pretty cool. Keep us posted when you get it! Still not a ton of them in MN and I still get super excited when I see...
Keep us posted what SC says. When I brought in mine I couldn't get them to do anything. But that was like 6 months ago. Appears the replacement motor may be related to the permanent magnet, which means the motor that needs to be replaced will depend on if you have a AWD or beast.
It's back!
When it was cold in MN the regen vibrate completely went away. Now that it's warming up, the vibrate is back. Anyone else experiencing this?
I'm sorry this is happening to you. The employees at that SC (I'm also in MN) are nice when you talk to them, but they also seem lazy and will find any excuse to not fix something.
This is incorrect. During manufacturing the L track was installed too low. They need to increase the height. Bring in the divider and show them. This exact same thing happened to me originally (except SC fixed it right away)
I echo this. I installed the black running boards (Real Wheels EV) last week. They are great and the wife loves them. We are in MN so something with some grip is much better than something flat. Most of them are just flat.
I would as well. As cool as FSD is I get very annoyed I have to turn it off to send a text (yes I know that's bad). It is way too sensitive even if you're on a rural highway.
