These are an awesome help. Thank you! I hear people mentioning a May cutoff. I ordered mine in January and put down the non-refundable $1,000 but did not take delivery until June 30th. Would my purchase be considered 'Before" the May cutoff and therefore I should be entitled to the $
Are you saying it was simply not mentioned or was there some language that indicated that it was no longer being offered. Also, does anyone have anything showing the $4,000 offer in writing? Thank you.
I ordered the "Vessel" bottle and when it arrived I noticed that the cap has something loose in it when I shake it. It sound just like a can of spray paint when you have to shake well to mix it up. So....I returned it and got a second one. And......this one has something loose in the cap too...
Haters for sure. Check out these two recent videos I captured of haters in the act...

1. I do love my Cyberbeast. It WAS amazing while it worked. Then, after less than a week it died and threw a bunch of codes including rear wheel steering issues. Wish this wasn't true but.....Tesla service does suck, and customer service also. I have never experienced a business so...
FYI... I initially came here not to complain because I had no complaints but to learn about the features functions and many other things about the truck
Drive, when operational, yes! Owning is turning out to be a completely unnecessary headache. The communication and interactions are the worst I have ever experienced.
Thanks for your comments. Please see my update to my original post. They originally said waiting for parts, but earlier today guy said it was still in the diagnosing stage and parts were not yet ordered. I have not heard anything from/about HQ. Yes, I agree, I would not jump to arbitration so...
As I have said elsewhere, I had my Cyberbeast for less than a week when the rear wheels locked and numerous errors were being reported. The truck has now been at service for four days and all I get is that it is being diagnosed. I see that I might have to take Tesla to arbitration if needed...
