I accidentally bought the "plus" with that extra ingredient and used it on the top of my frunk on a massive micro etching from seagull poop. Applied a very thin layer across entire top and let set for 3 minutes. Worked like a miracle ! For unknown reasons ... only the regular Citrisurf 77...

In the Cybertruck Service Manual, we can find a recommendation by Tesla for a product called Citrisurf 77 for removing stains. I bought some and it works...and leaves no micro scratches. The only caveat ... just like BKF ... Citrisurf does remove the petina as well as the stain .... so some...

Problem is ... once the bird shit sits awhile ... it does a micro etching on the SS of the CT. That micro etching can only be removed via an abrasive process like Bar Keepers Friend ... or the Tesla approved chemical called Citrisurf 77. Like Bar Keeper's Friend, Citrisurf also removes the age...

Thanks so much for your tip. I did not see it before taking it into service ... they had to "install" the spare tire I ordered. The tech advised all he had to do was "recalibrate" as you mentioned. I will be sure to try your above procedure should it ever happen again..

Our Cybertrucks are the man bites dog story of the day. If the ALLEGED current 1000 CTs per week being made in Austin is true ... in 18 months Cybertrucks will be as common as fleas ... and the less than newsworthy notariety will, like all things, pass.

GOT THE CT BACK FROM SERVICE ON 042624. They reported all they did was "recalibrated" the cover. I would of course have tried that myself ... but no alert appeared on any of my screens. The manual says that such an alert is necessary for an owner to initiate a recalibration. Oh well ... it...

Have tried screen reset, complete power off. Searched for any sort of manual release ... nothing. I note online that others have had this problem but no fix listed...they had to take it in. Serial number in 3200 range 2 motor picked up on 032024. Never rolled it completely up and down ... so...

Note that for our new CTs to get OTA updates, we must first indicate a home address for HOME ... and then charge up at least once at that HOME. My update started right after I did that.

Respectfully, may I suggest you may want to read a bit more and broadly. Dozens of companies around the world are in a competition to come up with ever greater battery recipes. Companies such as QuantumScape, Ampirus, One ... and our very own NASA are already within a year or two of doubling...

All of these early anecdotal reports are interesting. If the upcoming real world range tests from Motortrend, Edmunds etc confirm these results ... well ... that is just the way it is. I would argue that the best range anxiety ... is NO RANGE ANXIETY. While anybody's guess is as good as mine...
