    FWIW I placed my reservation on 07/2023. Submitted my LTS stuff as soon as I got it. I was given access to order this past Monday and configured.

    You can't go state of charge. You need to go by mileage. What was the mileage before and after? You'll need to submit a ticket anyway for the missing mud flap.
