I am experiencing this as well. At first I thought it was due to an update that maybe had the windows down slightly but then I realized it wasn't always there and only happenswhen it's very cold. Definitely sounds like a windows is just slightly open.

Not at all. A few small annoying SC things that come with being an early adopter. I've never enjoyed driving a vehicle as much as the CT.
