that is odd. This is what I get when using my 14-50 adapter that came with the truck when using a 14–30 to 14–50 Y adapter connected to my dryer plug (14-30) in my house. I would definitely ask Tesla to replace yours.

Haven’t had any yet and the only option I have since the closest supercharger is an hour away. The dryer is the only device connected to the same breaker and I don’t use it if I’m charging.
