Anyone having issues transferring FSD from Foundation series to new Cybertruck?

I believe he is saying they took care of the mistake in his order. I am waiting for them to straighten out my transfer as well.

Anyone having issues transferring FSD from Foundation series to new Cybertruck?

Ordered new CB three days ago, trading FND AWD, same exact experience here. Spoke with a tech advisor this morning who sent me "FSD Transfer Agreement" for the proper vehicle, which I executed and returned.

    Foundation Series CT (FSD transferability)

Tesla rep has confirmed to me twice past 24 hours fsd from fnd awd could be transferred to new truck provided it is delivered before end of March. Order site says new orders 5-7 weeks out, nothing in inventory within 200 miles so not much of an opportunity here.

    Cybertruck side steps installed

Mongo invited me to look a little closer at your pic to see that there no longer is a nut in there. You couldn't get a bolt to go in--did the nut come out when you were attempting to insert a bolt? Did it look like the other mounting point from the get go?

    Cybertruck side steps installed

The threads were cut and likely not chased at the factory. It is pretty normal for chips, debris, paint overspray to stay or find its way into a threaded holes durring manufacturing. Chase as in tap. Don't quote me here but I encountered two type of threads--a pair at the rear points that were...

    Cybertruck side steps installed

Anyone have thoughts on that messed up threading? I'm going to make an SC appointment and see if they can do anything. RUExperienced? Yes, chased the threads on all of the mounting bosses, most of them were fouled, presumeably with paint. Quite doubtfull Tesla messed up your threads. One...

    You’re right, Tesla’s fault.

Very dangerous critical routing failure, full FSD on chill, turned into oncoming traffic on highway 101 near Sequim WA

No doubt or speculation here. During my April 3+ week road trip out and back to Phoenix, I intervened during 3 similar FSD events. Part of being an early adopter and FSD copilot and the last thing I thought about was memorializing an event on video. I wouldn't have been able to make the trip...

Go to chill, dial down max speed to stay right, assuming you can't get positioned for the exit.

    Non-Sponsored Running Board Reviews?

Purchased and installed RealWheels EV stainless with satin finish in June, am very satisfied and would purchase again. Swapped out supplied fasteners for stainless bolts and hd washers. Current ad pricing. Prudent for installer to first chase the threads of the truck mounting bosses with a tap...
