Used more for a metric when it comes to price after the announcement. If the price is north of $70k, I suspect we'll know what the first 6 months production number looks like. Same for any number south of $60k. If they expect 200k/yr, they'll need a very low cost, IMO. At least after 6 months...

You are all nuts if you think any model is over $79k. What moron would pay $80k for a sub-500 mile range Cybertruck? I guess Tesla should charge this much to get through all the idiots with too much money for the first 6 months of production. It worked well for the model 3.

I think the cells are where they need to be for the 500 mile version. The only issue is can they make enough to fill the orders. Right now, it looks like they can't. From what I've read, cell lines 3-4 will start producing end of the year, begining of next. I have a feeling that's the missing...

I don't want to believe you, but if they do only release those 2 versions, it'll be a shit-show. Double so if the performance version is anything above $60k. I think if you're right, they will also announce the 500 mile range one. If they don't let you configure and put a deposit down for that...

The best 2 models for the Cybertruck will be the Dual Motor LR and Single Motor LR. Won't happens for YEARS, but once they get through all of us diehards and all the reservation holders, I could see them producing those for a killer deal. Problem is, we won't see it for probably 5-10 years, lol
