Thanks! Yes, this is one feature I don’t mind. My wife is on the shorter side and it’s helped the kids get in and out of the vehicle. I’ll try turning this off though to see if it helps.

I have had the same experience. First time Tesla buyer (still waiting for VIN). I’ve messaged in the app maybe 6 or 7 times. No response. So I’m not sure about the app chat anymore. PS: I’ve been waiting on a VIN since Oct 16.
