Seems like they may have installed them incorrectly. They are very finicky. My recommendation FWIW Remove them. Disassemble each one. Reinstall aligning the tabs to the tires. There should be plenty of installation demonstrations on YouTube.

Yes, please post the photos. My biggest problem is that because the port for the cable is not attached to the moving drawer. The cable moves around and gets caught all the time when opening and closing the drawer.
