    3D printed MagSafe charger

Posted these elsewhere: Extremely happy with this solution and the latest version of the pads I’m now using have ambient lighting. The original MagSafe pads I used worked very well for me. However, I upgraded to iPhone 17 Pro Max on Friday and they were no longer appropriate, with the full...

HARDWARE FIX for hot phone charging issue! New wireless charger has a built-in heatsink

Upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Posted this video on YouTube with an update to my previous video on converting my CyberTruck charging pad to a MagSafe set up. That set up needed some hardware changes in order to work with a iPhone 17 Pro Max.

    Tesla shop cooler

My two cents. Bought it with PowerShare credit Extremely useful. a few notes Lid needs to snap shut. very subtle and will not click into place with any internal pressure on the lid. So don’t overfill it. Gallon milk jugs can be problematic and may need to be laid on their side… Also don’t snap...

3 Most Used and Underused Mods on your Cybertruck?

Agreed on “You have to remember to bring the dividers if you're going to be putting something in the cooler, then remember to freeze the dividers again when you get home” Has anyone found compatible ice dividers???? Would be great to have another set to keep frozen & swap as needed.

    Tesla App phone battery drain??

I couldn’t find a toggle in the settings of my iPhone 16 Pro that has the latest iOS to turn off UWB. So I asked ChatGPT and discovered that there isn’t one, but there is a way to turn it off, but it also turns off a lot of other things along the way. here’s the response and additional...

Front license plate blocks the front camera. Will autopilot / FSD be affected?

License plate frames in Tesla’s on line store used 4 screws, but I’m not sure if it pulls the frame back enough. I have Tesla the frames on our model S and model Y so I’ll try swapping them out to see if that does the trick.

Front license plate blocks the front camera. Will autopilot / FSD be affected?

It’s less of a bracket issue more a frame issue. As I mentioned most frames are just held in by the top two screws and it doesn’t suck it back far enough onto the Tesla bracket to keep it clear of the camera. Anybody out there using a frame that has bottom screw holes that works? For now it’s...

Front license plate blocks the front camera. Will autopilot / FSD be affected?

The issue is that the bottom of the plate juts out when the 2 lower screws are not installed as is the case with a frame where the plate drops into the equivalent of a slot via two tabs.. (see photo) Merely applying slight pressure to the bottom of the frame eliminates the camera blockage...

Cybertruck Wireless Phone Charger Problem Solved

My setup leaves 2 ports open for backseat passengers. Inserted USB-A-USB-C adapters to maximize cord compatibility. Currently driver side MagSafe charger is plugged into the 20v port. I’ll probably use a USB-C splitter to provide faster charging for the front seat passenger.

HARDWARE FIX for hot phone charging issue! New wireless charger has a built-in heatsink

My guess is that sunlight isn’t really the culprit. More like heat loss from misalignment and air gaps… I’m getting near zero heat using the MagSafe chargers which are literally in the exact same place.
