To be fair, I think he said it was a pre-production model, right? Or did I hear that wrong? I agree that the dash trim was terrible. I would refuse delivery or accept but have it repaired under warranty. I did that with my Model 3 in Rocklin, CA when I took delivery and the hood needed a minor...
I had the same idea due to having two large (and destructive) German Shepherds. I totally agree the rear screen needs protection and it seems like a snap-on plastic cover would be pretty easy to design and manufacture. Fingers crossed.
I agree. Tons of Tesla (and CT) stuff is now on Youtube, and many of these are just seeking click$ - unfortunately, much of the info they provide is inaccurate. I've been driving Teslas since 2013 (P85+) - that's ten years now, wow - so there's not that much on YouTube (or even these forums)...

Hi,
I agree with many of these posts. Here's my two cents;
Tesla never said how many Foundation Series they would make.
If they make 10,000 FS units, it would amount to less than 1/2 of one percent of the total 2MM reserved units and continue to shrink over time which would be very exclusive...
