Same for me but I can still keep my right hand, or wrist, on the squarcle and use my steadied index finger to access the phone screen, works great, hands on the controls and phone in full view while looking forward. Hence, mounting the phone directly on a moving squarcle appeared to be a joke...

I believe it is pushed and not pulled. TeslaFi keeps a close eye on it and sends me an email long before the app says anything. I have already received an alert that it is out there but it has yet to be pushed my way.

Yikes…let us know what is going on. I have been lucky and the errors have not reared their ugly heads. Amazing as it all fell apart coming home from my second SC appointment, alerted them, they said they knew and it never errored out again. Beyond weird.
