I agree, interestingly some of the inventory $1,600 discounts disappeared locally and are listed full price today.
With the 2024 not qualifying for the federal tax credit they need to do some much bigger discounts to move them IMO.
I am sure Tesla can flip a switch for free lifetime, I donāt think these are debadged. Just another lever they can pull to entice buyers particularly with such pathetic demo discounts.
What Elon and Tesla expected was Model 3 and Y volume and what they got was Model S and X volume which makes perfect sense because thatās the same price point. The supply and demand issue wonāt end until either price adjusts or they just come to the realization the Cybertruck is not a high...
If they offered a real discount I would bite but the ones they offer are a joke. If I drive it off the lot it depreciates like crazy but apparently when they do itās only a $1/mile.
My thoughts exactly, this feels like a good PR way of clearing the ā24s including Foundations sitting on lots, they are doing more good this way than sitting.
