Even the Rivian R1S is on the “do not insure” list for Liberty Mutual in NY. I highly doubt they will do it for Cybertruck. I’ll call and ask though

Hi all, I’m in NY and just found out that my insurance company (Geico) has the Cybertruck on a restricted list of vehicles along with Bugatti etc. So they won’t insure it. Can anyone in NY chime in on which company they were successfully able to obtain car insurance on the Cybertruck in NY?

Same thoughts here. Worse, I find myself having to street park often. Won't stop me though from buying it if I am lucky enough to get a delivery soon. Hoping that the higher motors will have sooner delivery regardless of position on the waitlist.
