No I don’t think so, was working fine a day before, and given the random ticking the wiper was doing I am speculating that it is motor related or wiring related.
My wiper gave up about 3 weeks ago VIN in the mid 4xxx range. Was working fine the first 3 months, but I noticed it began to move a little bit while driving and not activated. Then suddenly stopped working. I have an appointment Tuesday to fix it, hopefully they ordered the new part number to...
That would be amazing, I actually have a trip planned from California to Gainesville Florida at the end of the month. This would make the trip more realistic and doable. Fingers crossed.
No not problem free, but has been amazing. My BAW suddenly stopped working this weekend though. I also had a software glitch a few times, but looks like updates have sorted that out. I love my truck!
I plan on buying the HPWC (or whatever they call it now) using the credit. I want to keep the UMC in the vehicle. My 2013MS UMC did stop working at some point, I only used it like once in over 10 years successfully. I tried the UMC again when I moved to a new house, and discovered it was bricked.
I just received my quote yesterday and I will be declining the installation. I was quoted $12K for the install to include permitting, electrical panel upgrade, bypass switch for my dryer, and running the line from the panel to the garage. This is an insane quote, and not worth it in my opinion...
I had my new 2013 Model S for about 6 months when an 89 year old using the center turn lane as a passing lane head on hit me as I used the lane to turn left. He was 100% at fault. It took $40K and about 6 months for the parts to come in and the repair/paint to be completed. Not to mention 6...
My garage has ample room for my truck, so I installed at the front of the garage nearest to the garage door. I have seen people install exterior chargers, it is doable. But if you are concerned about security you can have the charger installed near the garage door and have the truck backed up...
I forgot to mention, the codes self cleared after a walk away reset. While the alerts were up the braking was extremely sluggish and no regen at all, that was the only noticeable effects as I didn’t drive too far before resetting.
So my month old Cybertruck had three different instances of these same codes (see photos). The SC states that my case was sent to the escalation team, and a proactive repair is awaiting parts. My truck has been at the SC since last Thursday. I asked the service team if the issue is one of the...
No not yet, nor have I received the new bed divider. The original bed divider only works in limited spots along the L-Track. I don't want to jerry rig it to work.
I have had this happen 3-4 times and the first time was on 4/4. My truck is in the service center now, and the technician stated there was one yesterday with the same issue and that it is likely a software bug.
Yesterday I was at a sport annex getting a new member orientation. I noticed a little 8y/o boy with a toy cybertruck, and thought to myself he is likely looking for me. Sure enough his parents said right at that moment "He's not going to stop until he finds out who owns that truck". I felt bad...
You are lucky. I asked for a one day extension and they said nope and released my VIN to someone else. Luckily I received a new VIN the next day and the truck was delivered 4-5 days later to me. They were adamant about 3 days max in my SC in California.
