Not sure why this isn’t metioned more. Without the ability to use the CT as a 5+day whole house power back up I’m not sure I would be a FS taker.

That’s a really good point. There is HW ( one time ) and SW ( recurring ) they can play with. Maybe when Tesla reveals all that, the FS owners will be patting themselves on the back. Much like when free supercharging went bye-bye?

That’s right, unless you want to include what it would take to buy the batteries (powerwall) needed for 123Kwh. Each 13Kwh Powerwall is about $10K!

The analysis by @Bkb13 had $7K for the FSD. According to his analysis, FS is worth about $15k. The biggest component missing from that analysis is the worth of the CT as a power back up. CT has 123Kwh and the going rate for battery-powered backups is (generously) 15Kwh for $10K. More...

Hello @PAPAB . Have you taken delivery of your CT yet? The cybertruck.vin site shows you with a RN11284xxxx res# and a delivery date of 3/30. Is that correct? Just trying to keep track of when I might get my delivery and you seem to be an outlier if you’ve already got yours. Thanks!

BTW - for the people getting assigned VINs, are you getting text and/or email notifications? Or do you have to check the app? I saw on other threads where people were only getting notified in the app.
