Not true. A 2021 Model Y and 2022 Model Y both with 20k miles but built a month apart will have different values today. Even though we both know they may be identical.

If you resell in 2-3 years it makes a difference to buyers even if the car is identical.

Same story here. The inventory models are all FS though.

It really only makes sense if you absolutely have no case for the commercial credit. If you have a business use it doesn't really make sense to pay 13% APR.

What term are you looking at? 60 months would be way less.

This is a very good analysis. It shows clearly that if you put zero or a very small amount down you will get crushed by the 13% APR.
