Can you give us a little info. I bought the divider and even got a replacement.....same issues. I took it to SC.....came back and they had it in. I was like "cool" I tried it and it was not easy. It is the bed....so did you have to convince them? what did they say?

I went through the same thing. Tesla won't do it unless it in their system. I even sent them screenshots of my VIN being associated with the recalls on the NHTSA website but they said they couldn't until its on their system. They asked to me to set up an appointment in a couple of months
