Yeah, in order to get a refund you may have to take them to court. I'd pester them to redo it until it was up to your standards and afterwards I'd leave them a review that is relevant to the service to you feel you got

Update: So at my last service centre appointment to fix a broken window button and a broken rear seat seatbelt button(🙄) I added my USB not charging the phone as an issue too. At the end of the day they handed me back the truck with the seatbelt and window button fixed under warranty but didnt...
