    💥Features NOT available OR limited💥

Cortez, Four corners, Lake Powell, Rez lands, etc. But this is far from the only gap. The TMC thread with gaps on US highways still has hundreds of 150+ mile (can't do an out to camping and back on one battery) gaps, and the rate of decrease YOY isn't really that great.

    💥Features NOT available OR limited💥

Add to missing: - Ability to use AC power outlets while charging the truck. Supposedly to come in a future firmware update. Seriously, I do. Superchargers are pretty reliable, but not perfect, and they definitely haven't filled in all the routes, especially off-interstate out here in the...

Cybertruck Highway Range Test (Dual-Motor AWD) -- Run Until Battery Empty (by Out Of Spec)

Not a proper 100 to zero test, but some data points: 81% SOC indicated 383 mi Drove 128 mi in 24%, reduced indicated by ~100 mi I can't recall the speed average for that loop, and don't feel like rewatching the whole thing, I think it was around 60mph average. So not directly comparable to...

    Any Interest in a Cyber-Suburban or Cyber-Van?

I would happily sack the tonneau cover to gain a midgate and a manual interior / exterior convertible storage area, a la Audi Activesphere (but bigger).

Tesla CCS Adapter doesn't fit Cybertruck

Yeah I actually have that doc saved on my phone. Durango permit just got approved yesterday supposedly. Cortez and Kayenta, AZ after that are sorely needed.

Tesla CCS Adapter doesn't fit Cybertruck

Yeah 5 years might be a bit pessimistic, but charging infrastructure gets added really slowly in 4 corners and Rez lands.... 112754xxx . Got the FS invite. But won't be going FS for sure, keep finding more and more reasons not to go regular AWD either.

Tesla CCS Adapter doesn't fit Cybertruck

Welp, there goes the last chance I'll be ordering a CT anytime in the next 5 years. Tesla Supercharger infrastructure is better than most, but isn't adequate by itself out here. I've both had to and actually wanted to go to CCS several times in 10 months. Will that change eventually? Sure. Am I...

As a quick and dirty hack, take your electricity cost and move the decimal point over one to get the equivalent gasoline cost. Home electricity for me is $0.144/kWh, which is similar to $1.44/gallon gasoline. Local gasoline prices are mid to high $3 range right now. Superchargers around here...

Ground clearance + vehicle height shows on display when adjusting suspension ride height

Dynamic approach, breakover, and departure angle calculation on the display might be interesting to see too. Not that most people can correlate that to what they see outside well, but just as an informative "this is why you want to be in high while offroading" kind of thing.

The narrator of that video lost all credibility with me when they mis stated what year it is in the first minute.

2nd Wave of Order Invitations Arriving❗️CHECK YOUR APP or TESLA.COM ACCOUNT

FS just offered to me, 1127549xx , middle of nowhere Colorado (4 hours to nearest service center), so it looks like geographic location is starting to be deprioritized in the invite mix.

Cybertruck ordering (not reservations) available in Tesla app now 📲

I knew more than a few people who can prove that statement wrong. No order option for me, 1127549XX in CO

Carwow Full Cybertruck Review: Why I'm buying a Cybertruck! (by Mat Watson)

Had to turn it off when they screwed up the prices.*facepalm*

Cybertruck "should have" and "nice to have" lists

Should have: - Midgate Nice to have: - opening rear window Yeah the price change sucks, but honestly it's still not a bad buy as it's priced now. But the hard partition between cabin and vault really messes up how I prefer to use my vehicles. Guess I'll have to hope that a CyberSUV or...

Optimus Bot Gen 2 Introduced! 🦾

Iteration cycle time seems pretty quick. Wonder how long until it can climb a ladder without falling off. Whats the run time on batteries? How many units would you need to be able to run 24 hours continuously considering charge time?

How many CyberTruck prospective buyers have even driven a Lightning or a Rivian?

The Powerboost is a non-plug in hybrid, correct? If so, this statement is categorically false. Yes, it can generate and put some energy in the battery, but the only original power source is gasoline. At 1220+ gCO2e/kWh _at_best_, but probably worse. This is ~30% more emissions than the worst...

    Is the tonneau waterproof?

The app talks to the car via Bluetooth also. Cell service not required, though BT isn't exactly the paragon of reliability either. Is there for sure a tonneau open or tailgate open button in the vault for emergency egress purposes? Removing the useless rear cabin glass and installing either a...

    Is the tonneau waterproof?

That term isn't well defined, so doesn't really answer my question. Silly to you maybe, but not to everyone.
