Dried blue substance on garage floor under rear axel

I haven’t seen any new leakage and it actually might just be soap from a brushless car wash that got in the bed and slowly dripped out. I have a service visit in a couple weeks tho and will get them to check. TBD

2025.2.8 upgrades/fixes: windshield fluid spray, rear cross traffic notification

Clearly your experience is not the same as the large group of users who reported things like this happening whenever the roads are slightly wet and dirty. Windshield visibility, especially when it impacts the cameras that handle safety systems, is critical and isn’t in the same bucket as “early...

2025.2.8 upgrades/fixes: windshield fluid spray, rear cross traffic notification

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a vehicle that is marketed as “built for any planet” can handle a little bit of dirt on the windshield the moment you drive it off the lot. It’s crazy to me it took them a year and a half to solve this with a simple software adjustment.

2025.2.8 upgrades/fixes: windshield fluid spray, rear cross traffic notification

The Numbers don’t mean anything to us as users, but likely what they mean internally at Tesla is that that’s the date that it was started to get worked on. The only number that really means anything is the first number indicating the year the other two numbers don’t indicate month and day.

2025.2.8 upgrades/fixes: windshield fluid spray, rear cross traffic notification

I agree I think the issue also has to do with the downward pressure of the top of the blade but I’m hopeful that since they said this worked in Quebec that this will work for me over in Vancouver!

How often does road salt realistically need to be removed to prevent permanent corrosion damage?

Barkeepers friend changes the finish colour so be advised. I would follow the recommendation of Tesla and get Citrisurf77

How often does road salt realistically need to be removed to prevent permanent corrosion damage?

A clear wrap on the front should help with most salt debris. And shouldn’t be too expensive. I’m considering it

Oh my bad. I read too fast. Reread that you replied to the other user and their experience. Sorry about that.

Wheel cover marks on wheels/rims. How to remove?

With all due respect your answer does not relate to my question. I asked about the marks left behind. Not how to remove the hubcaps.

How often does road salt realistically need to be removed to prevent permanent corrosion damage?

I have permanent salt spots now on my hood/front end after just 24 hours of salt being left on it. Not noticeable unless you go close and look for it but definitely disappointing.

Wheel cover marks on wheels/rims. How to remove?

Hello, I took my hubcaps off for the first time since picking up the truck about a month ago. I noticed the hubcaps have made white marks on the rims form where the rub against it/clip on. Are these easily removed somehow? I tried just using a cloth and cleaner but they’re still there. Any...

Tesla OEM lightbar install (UPDATED) and review

Hey dude! Thanks for making and posting this video. You did a great job with your editing and your camera angles. I feel really confident now for when I need to do the same installation. Also, I really dig your wrap. I did have a question about your seat covers! Do you notice any issue with the...

Please explain the Drive Mode differences

@MisterTea (great username btw) I really appreciate this post because I too often find myself reading documentation and not fully understanding what it means. I’m sorry that some of the responses back were just sending you to links to things that you probably already read. But unfortunately...

Windshield wiper/fluid not covering or cleaning evenly

You’re right that the summer and winter mixes have different viscosity. Mine is full of summer and it’s still really bad. And the fact that they say it’s the same as the other cyber trucks tracks because they’re all shit.
