They were super responsive when I was thinking about having the install done. Reached back to my Energy Rep about 4 weeks ago saying I would like to decline install and then sent 3 more messages since and have not heard anything back and still don't have the credits. Frustrating.

Correct you get it, only if you pay for PowerShare install. The beast gets a $4000 Install credit awd gets zero Install credit. There has been a few threads on this forum discussing this.

It should have came with a mobile charger, mine was in the vault storage area. You will not receive the universal wall charger unless you are eligible for the powershare install and pay for that install using the assigned company. Those not eligible have been receiving a store credit for $700 or...

I have the same, but with the 6 foot pole. It works great on interior, exterior and the top glass when standing in the bed.

Finally got a chance to test out the V2V, charging my wife’s Mercedes EQE with the included mobile charger. Worked perfect, no issues. A nice feature to have if ever needed.

What part of DFW? I have always hand washed my cars for years, mainly because I enjoy doing it. I’ve yet to have to fully wash the truck yet since getting it 7 weeks ago, so we’ll see how that goes.
